Customizing Your Tour Experience

Here’s where you’ll access add-on items for your 2025 adventure with us. Be sure to look below for detailed descriptions of each item available. When you’re ready to go shopping, click on a “Order Now” button – that will take you to our e-commerce page. That’s where you can select items, specify details and pay for everything in one place.

Once again we’re offering distinctive and stylish apparel that’s themed to each event. BRNW apparel always makes a statement – it’s a conversation-starter everywhere you go. This year is no exception, as artist Sarah Craig has created bright and evocative designs for both rides.

Oregon 2025

This design is like a fun picture-puzzle, with pieces that will become reminders of indelible memories. It encompasses the variety of wildlife (and wild life!) you’ll encounter on this tour.

Idaho 2025

We’re going to spend a lot of time on bike trails, and we’re riding in the West… so here’s a design that has fun with the combination. The route map will prompt stories of places you’ve been, and the subtle style cues make it a fun wear.

BRNW jerseys are made by Primal using their highest-quality material, with a casual fit and a full-length zipper. Go to their site for a size chart. Tees are a cotton/poly blend that doesn’t cling and won’t shrink.

Community Grant Raffle

The main way we fund our Community Grants is through a raffle. You can buy as many tickets as you want, and we’ll draw names for each event, giving away these prize packages:

• First prize: Free Tent & Porter service with mattress(es)
• Second prize: Three free 30-minute massages, a free acupuncture session, and a free bike detailing
• Third prize: A BRNW event jersey and T-shirt

Each ticket gives you a separate chance to win. Every dollar of ticket sales goes directly to Community Grants. (If you register for both rides, we’ll split your tickets across both.) Price: $25 per ticket

Tent & Porter Service

Tent & Porter service provides you with a tent for the week – and more. Our team will set up and take down your tent in each camp, deliver your baggage to your tent door, and set up one or two chairs in front.

The tents are roughly 8' x 8' and can comfortably hold two people. The price is the same for one or two people. Only one person needs to sign up; we’ll ask for second occupants’ names later.

There are 55 tents available for each event. If they sell out, we’ll establish a waitlist for any cancellations. You can also add one or two luxury air mattresses for the week, as a separate purchase.: Tent & Porter price: $450

Rental Mattress

We have high-quality 4-inch air mattresses available to rent. You’ll get the same mattress for the week, and we’ll transport it for you from camp to camp. We’re adding washable cover sheets this year to keep things as sanitary as possible across events/users. We have a limited number of mattresses available (they’re really bulky!). Price: $100 for the week

Rental Tent

Maybe you’re flying in, or maybe you just don’t have a tent handy – rent one from us! These Eureka Kohana tents are great for one or two people. You’ll pick up your tent in each camp and set it up, then take it down when we move; we’ll transport it for you. Price: $100 for the week.

Lodging Baggage Service

New for 2025: If you book rooms at any of the pre-approved lodging properties, we’ll deliver your luggage to the property before you arrive, and pick it up the morning we leave. This service will include a shuttle vehicle to and from the property if it’s a considerable distance away, on a schedule. The fee for this will pay for an extra crew member and vehicle for this service. Price: $100 for the week, for any number of lodging nights.

E-bike Pass

If you have pre-approval to bring an e-bike on the event, you’ll purchase an e-bike pass. This will allow you access to (new and improved) charging stations in each camp. We’ll tag bikes that have paid the fee, and only they will be allowed on the ride. Price: $50 for the week.

Rental Chair

If you want a chair for the week but don’t want to fit one in your baggage (chairs can’t be attached to the outside of a bag), we’ll provide a chair for the week that you can pick up and return in each camp. Price: $25 for the week.
