BRNW Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is good for 30 days after you receive your item(s). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return or exchange your product, mail it to: BRNW, 5725 NE Cleveland Ave., Portland OR 97211. You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Apparel - T-shirts and Jerseys:

Because these are special limited-run items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective. If you don’t like the sizing, contact us and we’ll see if we have one in your size; we will exchange unworn shirts if we can, but we cannot order any additional shirts. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Tent and Porter service, Luxury Inflatable Mattresses, Rental chairs and e-bike fees:

We can refund up to event check-in day.  Refund will be by check, mailed to your address or given to you at the ride, based on timing.
