REGISTER
2026 registration is open - spots still available!
Registration is open for both our two traditional summer tours and our new Bike Camp Walla Walla event. Our small-group tours have already sold out for 2026.
We use BikeReg as our registration vendor. To sign up, click one of the "Register" buttons below to go to our BikeReg registration page. You won’t be charged a service fee by BikeReg (we cover that), and you must register online using a credit card.
NOTE: BikeReg is only for rider registrations. All other items – Tent & Porter, event apparel, tickets for the Community Grant raffle, chair and e-bike fees, specific activities – are handled on the BRNW Retail page.
Please make sure you’re aware of the registration policies below. We've updated them for 2026 as needed.

Registration Policies
BRNW Loyalty Program
In response to high demand for spots on our rides, we’ve established a loyalty program to help ensure long-time riders get a spot. For 2026 tours, riders qualify for the loyalty program if they’ve ridden five or more tours in the last nine calendar years (excluding 2020 and 2021 due to cancelled tours). These riders have the chance to register one day early, and we reserve a maximum of 150 spots for each ride for early registration.
Trip Insurance
When you register for a BRNW 2026 tour on BikeReg, you’ll have the option to buy a personal trip insurance policy. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS. The policy will cover you for most reasons if you have to cancel, but make sure you know what is covered and what is not. These policies are not connected to BRNW in any way; you’ll work directly with Allianz, the policy carrier, to purchase a policy and file any claims.
Rider Cancellations
Our rider cancellation policy remains the same as 2025.
With a Waitlist
If you cancel at any time and there’s still a waitlist for the event, we refund your registration fee minus the BikeReg transaction fee and a $250 transfer fee.
No Waitlist - More than 60 days
If you cancel more than 60 days out from the event start and there’s not a waitlist, we’ll refund you 75% of your registration fee minus the BikeReg transaction fee.
BRNW Oregon 2026: By April 22
BRNW Washington 2026: By May 12
No Waitlist - 60 days or fewer
If you cancel within 60 days of the event and there’s not a waitlist, we’ll refund you 50% of your registration fee minus the BikeReg transaction fee – if you have documentation of the cause (medical, hardship, death in the family, etc.).
BRNW Oregon 2026: After April 22
BRNW Washington: After May 12
If you cancel within 60 days of the event and there’s not a waitlist, and you don’t have documentation of the cause, you won’t receive a refund.
If you have to cancel, let us know right away via email, at info@brnw.org. The date we receive your request will be the date used to determine any refund or credit.
Event Cancellations
BRNW has event-cancellation insurance that covers natural disasters, such as forest fires, if they prevent us from having our event. If we have to cancel an event for a covered reason, riders are refunded 100% of their fees by the insurance carrier.
If BRNW has to cancel an event for a reason not covered by our event insurance, we will refund riders the maximum amount possible, based on our available funds and our obligations. In other words, we’ll give riders back all we can while still remaining financially solvent.
Transfers
If you have to cancel your registration, we can transfer it to another person if the event has a waitlist. If someone takes your spot, you’ll receive a full refund, minus the BikeReg transaction fee and a transfer fee of $250. If no one can take your spot, our regular Rider Cancellation policy applies. We cannot transfer registrations to the following year.
Waitlist
If a ride fills up with registrations, we’ll establish a waitlist. If a ride is sold out, you’ll only see the waitlist option on BikeReg if you try to sign up. We initially take around 330 registrations, anticipating we’ll get around 30 cancellations to achieve our final ride size of 300. The waitlist is based on the chronological order of when waitlist signups are received.
When you sign up for a waitlist, you don’t pay anything unless you’re offered a spot later and accept it.
If you’re on the waitlist, we’ll send periodic updates of the current list so you have an idea of where you are. If a rider spot opens up for you, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You have the choice to take the open spot or not. Only if you accept the spot will you be charged.
CPAP
If you need an electric power connection overnight to run a CPAP machine on the event, tell us when you register, We'll designate a spot in camp for CPAP users (adjacent to Tent & Porter), and provide electrical access.
E-bikes
We welcome pedal-assist (Class 1 or 3) e-bikes on our tours. The are only two restrictions: 1) you must be an experienced rider who fully understands safety and etiquette on a large tour, and 2) you must be on a road-bike style e-bike, maximum weight 40 pounds.
We provide a dedicated bike-charging station in each camp, and there is a $25 fee to pay for that infrastructure.
If you’d like to request an e-bike spot, you must let us know before you register. We consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you bring a non-approved e-bike on the ride, you can be removed from the ride. We just need to be able to ensure everyone's safety - riders and crew.
Event Waiver
Here’s a copy of our 2026 tours participant waiver for you to review. You’ll get a chance to e-sign the waiver when you register on BikeReg, so it’s a good idea to read it ahead of time to get through registration more quickly. We’ll also have print versions available at event check-in.
