Can I bring my own support vehicle and driver?
Yes, with specific guidelines. A non-rider companion may drive their own vehicle as long as they’re registered as a Non-Rider Vehicle. The fee for a non-rider is $800, and includes all meals, amenities and a parking spot in each camp. We limit each tour to five Non-Rider Vehicles, which must display a BRNW-issued permit throughout the week. Non-registered vehicles are not allowed in camp.
Non-Rider Vehicles are not allowed to provide personal support services along the route. The driver will need to check in at the event start and agree to abide by our policies. For safety reasons, they’ll be required to travel a different route to the next campsite whenever one is available, helping us keep extra vehicles to a minimum along the bike route. Even if there’s not an alternate route available, a Non-Rider Vehicle is not allowed to stop at a rest stop or anywhere along the route; this can be hazardous for the riders.
Can I bring an e-bike?

What if I need to cancel?
We understand that some riders will have to cancel their registration, due to injuries, illnesses, last-minute date conflicts or other unanticipated situations. You can read the details of our registration policies here.
Where do I leave my vehicle for the week?
How many riders do you take on the tour?
Is this a camping or a lodging tour?
This is primarily a camping tour. But for riders who prefer lodging, we provide a list of accommodations in host communities that have lodging; these are the only properties we will deliver or pick up rider baggage. Please note that we do not offer on-demand shuttle service to get you to and from lodging; we’ll run shuttles at times that make sense for the day/town.
When do I need to arrive?
We recommend you arrive on Saturday afternoon. Check-in opens at 2 p.m., so please don’t come into camp before that; we’ll be busy setting up. The best arrival time window is 2-6 p.m. Our first group gathering will be dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday night. Riding begins Sunday morning. Detailed information will be sent to you ahead of the event.
What should I bring?
You can look at this handy suggested packing list to see the items you should bring.
How many bags can I bring?
You can bring up to two bags; we prefer that over one giant bag. Please keep each bag to 40 pounds or under, and don’t attach anything to the outside of a bag.
Can I bring my own chair?
Yes, you may bring a chair; it must be packed inside one of your two bags (i.e., don’t bring a full-size patio chair). We do offer a Chair Rental if you do not want to bring your own along.
Can I drop gear on the route each day?
Yes, we have gear drop service at all rest stops. Bring a small bag or backpack with your name on it; you can fill it with extra gear and leave it at the rest stop. Gear drop items will be delivered to Camp Central in the afternoon when the Rest Stop teams arrive.
How can I charge my electronic devices?
We have two separate charging stations available for riders and crew, at no cost. They will be positioned near tent camping and Tent & Porter at each site.
