Walla Walla WPForms with payment option for lodging and meals

Page text here.  Form is connected to Emil's Stripe account in testing mode.  It may work to use the BRNW Square account but it was not connecting in testing mode.  WooCommerce accepts payment with a Stripe Lite account setup and will not work with WPForms.  Setting up a BRNW Stripe account is easy and should allow the WPForms Basic ($49/year) to work for this purpose.  Processing fees are higher - 3% plus any Stripe fees.  Upgrading to a WPForms Pro account ($200/yr) allows use of the StripePro addon and a cheaper processing fee.  Would have to run all the numbers to see what option works best.  

Form is using conditional logic to display the choices for person 2 lodging and meals if selecting anything more than "just me".  Person 3 and 4 fields below Person 2 are just placeholders and can be fleshed and conditional logic applied.
