Your service includes:

• One of our 4 person Eureka! tents that we set up,take down and transport each day.
  • This is the main tent model we have for the rides.
  • Some variations in color from different model years but a good reference on what will fit inside.
  • It has a “bathtub” floor with a tarp underneath for extra water resistance.
  • Mesh uppers on the sides and on the zippered door panel and rear window, with a rainfly (see the pics for with and without rainfly views).
  • As a lesson learned from the downpours in Montana and Wyoming last year, anything touching the tent walls channels water inside and stuff can get wet. That applies to morning dew also so keeping an air gap is a good idea.
  • Note that bikes and greasy bike parts do not go inside the tent. If you want to have a rain cover for your bike, please pack a cover, tarp, etc.

• A comfortable camp chair for relaxing.
• We also move your luggage to/from the tent and the luggage trucks.  You can bring two bags per person, but please leave the weight set at home. You can see the packing list here for guidance on what to bring - BRNW 24 Packing List
• If you added a luxury inflatable mattress to your Tent & Porter Service, we will take care of moving the mattress with your luggage and have in your tent.  We have pumps you can use to fine-tune the firmness if desired.

When checking in on Saturday, please visit the Tent & Porter table at the registration tent first.  We will give you bag tags and flagging that marks your luggage and drop bag as Tent and Porter.

Towels are by the shower trucks at a self-serve table.

As soon as you are done with your tent in the morning, please put your bags outside.  That lets us know we can pack up your tent and take your bags and chairs.

We start setup as soon as we get our trucks to the new camp.  Full setup of tents, bags and chairs takes us to about 3:00.  If you get to camp earlier, your bags will be laid out near the Tent & Porter area for you to get anything you need for a shower and a change and relax in camp.  We have chairs available and you are welcome to visit Camp Central for refreshing beverages and snacks before/during/after lunch service.
